The grapes selected for his birth are: 65% Corvina Veronese, 20% Rondinella, 5% Molinara, 10% collected from native vines. The vines are located in the heart of Valpolicella, rich in tuff and clay, bred with the Veronese pergola system. The grapes are harvested manually at the end of September after careful selection of the grapes.

The withering lasts about 3 months, with pressing at the beginning of January. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with controlled temperature. Aging lasts for 24 months in oak barrels. At sight it has a ruby red color, with some slight orange nuances due to long aging.

The scent is spicy with hints of currants and raspberries, cocoa and balsamic notes. On the palate it is warm and velvety, loving, reminiscent of the scent with a persistent finish. Particularly suitable to accompany meat dishes and aged cheeses.

To be served in large crystal glasses at a temperature of 16-18 ° C; enhances its qualities if decanted for at least an hour before being drunk.
