Wine with a bright red color, which inebriates you with its scent of small red fruits like cherry and black cherry, with final notes of liquorice, intense and spicy aroma. On the palate it is full, dry and balanced which improves with aging. It is produced with San Giovese grapes, Cabernet Franc, Corvina, Cabernet Sauvignon and Croatina, grown in the vineyards located to the east of Lake Garda with the Veronese pergola system. The harvest takes place in mid-September, strictly by hand, in plateaux. The grapes are brought and stored in the fruit cellar, where we guarantee the ideal climatic conditions on a daily basis to allow perfect drying, which lasts about 90 days. The vinification lasts 18 months and takes place in Slavonian oak barrels. To fully enjoy it, uncork the bottle 30 minutes before serving, pour it in large crystal glasses at a temperature of about 18-20 ° C. Its full flavor is a perfect combination with meat, especially roasts, cannelloni, braised meats, medium-aged cheeses, risottos or sliced beef.
