Legal guarantee of conformity:

The products purchased on www.bonazziwine.it enjoy the legal guarantee of conformity of the goods, art.128 and ss. Consumption code.
The legal guarantee is valid for two years and must be asserted by the consumer within two months from the discovery of the defect.

Online dispute resolution:

Defective goods / damaged shipping

In the case of defective goods:

• the same can be returned to BonazziWine.it within 14 days of delivery.
• The shipping and packing costs for the return of the shipment are charged to the customer.
• The defective goods will be returned or refunded (if it is exhausted) by BonazziWine.it.

In the case of damaged shipping
If you receive packages from BonazziWine.it visibly damaged by the courier, (broken packaging or visibly stained by the leakage of wine from any broken bottles) you can do as follows:

• If there are more packages, reject the damaged package to the sender by signing the courier “With Reserve”. It will then be our responsibility to provide for the return of the damaged package and send it back.
• If instead it is a shipment from a single package, reject the shipment to the sender and as before we will take care of the return and restoration of the shipment.

In the event of exhaustion of the broken product, you will be contacted for a possible replacement if you will not find in our catalog no replacement products, BonazziWine.it will return the sums paid.
Any shipping costs for the return to the sender of the damaged package and return of the new one are completely at our expense.

Right of withdrawal

Purchases on the BonazziWine.it website are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014, which guarantees you the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you received the goods in which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you made in our favor, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery from we offer) without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund may be withheld for more than 14 days only until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods or until they have been received by us, whichever situation occurs first.

These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be incurred as a consequence of such reimbursement. The reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent back the goods, if earlier.

You are only responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

You are requested to return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day in which you have communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Exclusions to withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code:
